HRESULT GetDBReadOnly(LPBOOL pRetVal);
If a database is in read-only mode, no objects can be added to, modified in, or removed from the database. This includes replication objects such as publications and subscriptions. A database should not be in read-only mode if a user expects replication to function properly.
Note If an application calls DBReadOnly on an instance of SQL Server version 7.0, the constant, SQLDMO_E_SQL80ONLY, and the message "This property or method requires Microsoft SQL Server 2000" are returned.
