Value Meaning
VARIANT_TRUE The inserts to the rowset are visible. That is, if a consumer of a rowset inserts a row, that row will be visible to any consumer of the rowset the next time that consumer fetches a set of rows containing that row. This ability is independent of the transaction isolation level because all consumers of the rowset share the same transaction.
VARIANT_FALSE Changes to the rowset (updates and deletes) made by consumers of the rowset are not visible unless the command is reexecuted.
