Working with Projects

English Query can create new projects by automatically extracting the schema or structure of a database using the SQL Project Wizard or the OLAP Project Wizard.

You can also begin with an empty project, add tables, fields, joins, and other data objects, and then create the entities and relationships needed for the model.

A project can be modified by:

• Adding an existing or new project.
  
  
• Deleting a project.
  
  
• Adding or deleting a data source.
  
  
• Adding or deleting modules.
  
  
• Modifying the project properties.
